A personal note: Residents who attend Board meetings know me as an energetic advocate for smoke-free living! That's because I am a Medical Doctor and my wife, Joanne, is a Registered Nurse. ODE is our full-time and only home. We want the very best for everyone who lives at 400 East Randolph Street as well as for our daughter and others who visit us. You will see my qualifications on the flyer below. I have served successfully on many boards. Joanne and I also are active in volunteer work here in Chicago, including the Field Museum. We enjoy being part of the ODE community. And I like to address some issues with a positive, upbeat sense of humor, including even writing poetry! https://allpoetry.com/Richard_Levy

The Tobacco Atlas, Sixth Edition – (Drope J, Schluger N, Cahn Z, Drope J, Hamill S, Islami F, Liber A, Nargis N, Stoklosa M. 2018. The Tobacco Atlas. Atlanta: American Cancer Society and Vital Strategies.)
As seen from our balconies (click photo to update), the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Survivors Park is located diagonally opposite 400 East Randolph in the near corner of Grant Park. The building also overlooks Maggie Daley Park, a recently constructed memorial to the late cancer victim and Chicago First Lady. And the 57-story Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower, headquarters of the Health Care Service Corporation, is located only three doors away at 300 East Randolph. In short, and overlooking parks, tennis courts, skating rinks, bike trails, etc., etc., the New Eastside could (should!) represent the best in forward-thinking, healthful city living!
